    Warning. I have become aware of a couple of simple tax returns that were grossly incorrect. In one case, a $5000 mistake and in the other, caused $9000 in penalties. Person at the desk very rude once she knew what the visit was about. The person who made the mistakes could not care less and said she was too busy to correct for a couple of weeks. Its truly shocking that a business (especially as important as this) is so unprofessional and has such little regard for people's taxes.

    I have delt with this business for two years and they have done everything I could have asked for. They explained the process to since I was a student and new to finances. They infact charged me a very low and affordable rate to get it done. I am pleased to say I will continue to go to them for the next few years.
